I have the IP right, but I'm still not seeing it.

I tried to open the NWN port, but this router is a different brand than what I'm used to. They don't even call it port forwarding apparently. Please let me know if any of you can log in.

What kind of router do you have? Maybe we can help you figure out what to do. I know Werehound is good with stuff like this so maybe he can chime in when you post the info?

Maybe use the router you had DX2 running on, until you get the new router going.

It's a TP-Link AC3150. Any ideas how to set up the ports to work with NWN?

I know why the port is blocked. My old router was connected directly to the internet. My new router is going through another router provided by my ISP, and I'm sure the port is blocked on that router. All I need to do is get the account settings necessary to directly connect my new router, just like the old one. That way I can bypass their router again. Going back to the old router is an option, but I upgraded for a reason. Please be patient.

I know yours is and AC3150, not an AC1750 ... but the setup difference may be minimal?

Also ... hoping you can "easily" disable any relevant port blocking from your ISP's modem/router.
