While reworking the script for UMD, I accidentally copied over the level required message for legendary items (the ones marked special). Those items currently require the player to beat monsters in dungeons D13 through D16 to use. However, it's designed so that I can later change the requirements to something else, such as completing plots. Those items, when equipped, should say something like "not ready to use that, yet." You'll see that take effect in the next update.
