weapon power up?

I enchanted my axe to give me the extra 2 power ups, I use Righeous Fury
Costing 55 million (25 first,30 mill second, thus giving me 3 per day) not bad, My question , is the another script that limits my use on the power ups,
Going thru hell I used my power ups, I use a blanket to rest. I buffed and getting to the fallen Angel I decide now a good time to use my powerup and it says 'you are to weak to use power up anymore today' does this have a timer on it or its it per reset?

It's based on constitution and rest...real rest, not a magical blanket kind.

As you no doubt know, power-ups are indeed quite powerful, so I tried to limit them so that they don't unbalance play. Save them for when you really need them. If you want more of them per day, increase your base constitution.
